Second time using these customer service focused folks. They do exactly what they advertise. Used for residential junk removal. Super easy to call and get what you need with no up selling, fair price all supported by excellent service. Candy is super friendly and easy to work with.

You all were such a pleasure to work with. Very easy to choose and book the right size bin for our needs. Bin was delivered on time and placed exactly where we wanted it. It was clean and the doors were easy to manage. When I called to ask for an extra day, Candy reminded me that my pickup date gave me the whole weekend, which was plenty of time even considering the bad weather. Pickup was prompt; no damage to our property by either delivery or pickup.

Reliable company. I love that they have bright green dumpsters that don’t look like something in a construction site.

So easy to deal with, quick response, and I especially appreciated the walk-in dumpster as I had difficulty lifting.

Excellent company to work with. A clean bin was delivered on time and carefully placed in my driveway. The driver was very courteous and friendly. I needed the bin for a few extra days, and Candy was very obliging. Pick up was on time, and there was no evidence that the bin had ever been in the driveway. Here's what I like: They're always on time and the drivers are awesome. The dumpsters look good on my residential jobs. They're usually clean and pretty and not all rusted out. Their rates are perfect. Need I say more?

Delivered on time and picked up fast. Great communication and customer service. Went with this company to get rid of clutter after living in our house for 8 years. Went with the medium sized bin. Should have got the large but will definitely be using them again soon to get rid of more items. Overall A+!

We've been using Bin There Dump That for several years, and Candy has been the most accommodating. Dumpster arrives and is hauled away whenever I ask for it to be picked up. Excellent service!

Dumpster arrived and hauled away with no problems. They took care by putting down planks (under the dumpster) to prevent road asphalt from damaging. The 10yd dumpster was perfect size for kitchen remodel project. Office Manager, Candy was very nice and helpful. Thank you for making getting rid of junk easy!

Our family rented 4 consecutive dumpsters from Bin There Dump That over a span of several months for a whole house clean-out in Chevy Chase Village - with excellent results. The containers were clean and freshly painted - makes a difference when they are parked in your driveway at your home over a period of time. Our contact was Candy Walsh - who provided friendly and punctual service often on short notice. Special thanks to Bin There Dump That's driver, Lee who delivered the containers into our narrow driveway perfectly - a real professional and very nice guy. We called late in the evening on a Saturday. I was expecting to leave a voicemail, but Candy picked up right away! I received the dumpster 2 days later on Monday morning. We were disposing of some concrete and chose a 6 yard dumpster. Had the dumpster filled and gone before ever hearing back with a quote from the other places.
